Strategy for Complex Communications
The Edison Group (TEG) sought a communications plan for reaching and enrolling
seniors in the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Plan. The Schapiro Group
designed and led a mixed mode research project, including focus groups and a
national survey that guided TEG in adopting an effective strategy for reaching
low-income seniors.
Alicia Philipp, President
The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Inc.
"The Schapiro Group was integral to the success of the
Foundation's African American philanthropy research project. The staff
approached the task objectively and created effective methodologies to
facilitate a series of personal and focus group interviews. Most importantly,
they were responsive and willing to work within our framework, all the while
incorporating their own proven knowledge and expertise."
Julie Ralston, Communications Director
Atlanta Regional Commission
"The Schapiro Group staff were extremely helpful to the Atlanta Regional
Commission in conducting research to determine key issues, opinions and
expectations of regional leaders regarding our role in planning for the
region's successful future. The Schapiro Group helped us tap deeply into
the desires of community leaders in our 10-county area. The result has totally
energized and inspired a new direction for our Board of elected officials and
citizen representatives."
