Changing How Strategy Happens

You’ve known us as Schapiro Research Group, a firm that places clarity, innovation and precision at the heart of developing strategy.

Over the years, the scope of our work has grown far beyond research alone. Clients partner with us to create and accomplish strategy for their most critical needs: communicating key messages and shaping opinion … market position and branding … improving organizational performance … mobilizing stakeholders … influencing events.

We’ve changed our name because The Schapiro Group is changing how strategy happens. Our new name, The Schapiro Group, covers the full sweep of strategic consulting.

The Schapiro Group approach is distinctive because it integrates strategy, research and implementation. We come in when a plan is first taking form to help explore possibilities and set objectives. Our innovative research methodologies assure that we identify the best paths to the client’s most promising opportunities. As other professional resources are required, we coordinate their selection and work, assuring that they fit the client’s need, timetable and budget. Then we take a lead role in implementation, for an end result that hits the target with high investment efficiency.

Research may no longer be in the middle of our name, but it still drives our service. That service has made us one of the most trusted strategic consulting practices for corporate, non-profit, political and public sector clients.

The Schapiro Group. Changing how strategy happens.
